1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (pecan meal)
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon dried lemon peel
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons rum
