1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 whole Lemons, Juiced
1/2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 pinch Each Of Salt And Pepper
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded Or Grated
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Snipped For Garnish

While pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet on low heat with olive oil.
