Marinade: Remove tips from chicken wings and reserve for future use for stock. Combine juice from one lemon w/ wine, oil oil, brown sugar. Strip leaves from rosemary and thyme and add along with minced garlic to marinade. Put wings and marinade in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.

Sauce: Melt butter and add garlic powder, onion power, and pepper. Refrigerate sauce mixture.

In a small saucepan heat sauce on the grill. Then arrange marinated wings and grill, turning frequently, until almost done (20-25 minutes). Dip each wing in melted sauce, return to grill, and sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Once the cheese is melted (15-30 seconds) turn and sprinkle second size with cheese and serve once melted. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and plenty of napkins.
