Lemon Or Orange Chocolate Chip Cookies

   Mix flour, soda and coriander with wire whisk and set aside. Preheat oven to 300u00b0.

   In another bowl, cream butter and sugar with electric mixer at medium speed to form a grainy paste.

   Add eggs and extract and beat.

   Scrape sides of bowl.

   With mixer at low speed, combine with flour mixture.

   When all ingredients are blended, add chocolate chips.

   Do not overmix.

   Drop dough by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart; they'll spread.

   Bake 15 minutes on center rack of oven.

    Do not brown! Immediately transfer to cooling racks.
