   In bowl combine 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar and lemon rind. With pastry blender, cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

   Pat crumbs evenly into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

   Bake until lightly browned at 350u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
