Lemon Cookies

   Place the egg, butter, sugar, and flour in the bread making machine, sprinkle with the lemon zest and cinnamon powder, and select the dough program.

   Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

   Roll out the dough on a lightly floured area, cut out the cookies, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

   Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
