Lemon-Coconut Bars

   Heat oven to 350F.

   Combine flour and icing sugar in medium bowl.

   Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

   Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

   Bake 15 min.

   Meanwhile, whisk eggs, lemon juice, granulated sugar, dry pudding mix and baking powder in separate bowl until blended.

   Sprinkle coconut over warm crust; cover with egg mixture.

   Bake 20 to 25 min.

    Cool completely.

    Refrigerate 2 hours before cutting to serve.
