1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium chopped onion
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
