Lemon Bread Pudding

   Soak bread crumbs with milk 1/2 hour.

   Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

   Beat in eggs, lemon juice, rind and vanilla.

   Stir in the milk mixture.

   Pour into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.

   Place the dish in a pan of hot water and bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
