Lemon and herb chicken on a bed of rice

   CHICKEN : place all the chicken in a bowl and add all the marinade and let it marinade over night or at leat 5 hours.

   Bake chicken at 220 for 45minutes

   Rice- cook you choice of rice and once cooked set aside.

   In a pot add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and add onion; and mix peppers and all the spices.

   Keep stirring and once cooked add your rice and mix well.

   Add salt and pepper for taste.

   Plating: in a serving bowl place the rice first and place your meat and garnish with micro leaves
