Lemon and Blueberry Custards

   Combine eggs and lemon spread until smooth.

   Heat the cream and milk over low heat until warm and stir into lemon mixture.

   Divide the blueberries among 4 x 1/2 cup ramekin dishes.

   Pour lemon custard over the blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon.

   Place the containers in a large baking dish and pour enough hot water to come halfway up the side of the dishes.

   Bake at 160C for 25 minutes or until the custard is set.

   Remove immediately from the baking dish and serve warm.
