Put packet of Ready Rice in microwave and cook according to package directions.

While rice is cooking in microwave, place a medium size skillet on stove on medium heat. Add in the extra virgin olive oil.

Add in chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Allow to cook until onion becomes translucent.

Add in diced carrots and celery. Cook for 5 minutes. **You will probably want to add in the cooked chicken now if you are choosing to use it.

Add in asparagus and green beans. Cook for a maximum of 5 minutes, depending on how firm you like your asparagus and green beans.

Add in rice and bean sprouts. Mix in with the rest of the vegetables.

Pour in 1/2 cup of Tamari Sauce and 1/4 cup of Toasted Sesame Seed Oil.

Stir so all ingredients are well coated with the sauces. Feel free to add more Tamari Sauce and Toasted Sesame Seed Oil.
