Leah's Pesto Salad Dressing

   Place all ingredients in food processor, making sure to at least peel the paper off of the garlic cloves.

   Pulse to desired consistency, tasting as you go, adding ingredients to taste.

   All amounts except basil leaves are guesstimates, as I make this almost every morning to go on my lunchtime salad.

   I have used peanuts, pecans, hickory nuts, and the classic pine nuts.

   It's all good.

   Whatever you have on hand will work just fine.

   I like it to have a distinguishable zing, those with less tolerable palates may want to just use one garlic clove.
