Mix together salad dressing mix, mayonnaise, milk, and salsa. Combine green onions and chilies, set aside.

Combine cheeses, set aside.

Place one tortilla on a pizza pan or cookie sheet or place in a cake pan depending on the size of your tortilla.

* I use ten inch and end up with two stacks of each.*

Spread dressing mixture thinly over tortillas, sprinkle with the onions and chilies, follow with some cheese. (Hint: If the dressing mixture is spread too thickly, they won't cook through and will be mushy.) Continue layering, making 2 stacks of three or four, using up all ingredients; extra cheese can be sprinkled over the top layer. Bake for 400 degrees for about 20 minutes until cheese melts and top is lightly browned.

Slice into wedges; serve with sour cream, salsa, or picante sauce.
