Layered Taco Bake

   Pre-heat oven to 350

   Brown meat

   Add taco seasoning to meat -follow directions of package

   Take 1 flour torilla, place in pan (I use round glass 9 inch pie pan)

   Spread spoonful of refried beans on tortilla, preference on how thick, but will need for 3 total layers

   Spread some of the cheese sauce on the refried beans

   Sprinkle meat on top of refried beans and cheese sauce

   Repeat steps 4 - 7 a total of 2 more times.

   After placing 3 layers, add another flour tortilla on top of last layer

    Add shredded cheese on top of tortilla

    Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cheese melted

    Once out of oven, add tomato and cilantro or whatever toppinga you desire

    I always try new things with this recipe.

    Some ideas are using black beans instead of refried beans; enchilada sauce instead of cheese sauce; adding a can of rotel, etc.

    It mixes the recipe up!
