   Finger first three ingredients together until crumbly.

   Whip together egg, water and vinegar, then add to flour mixture.

   Fork until sticks together and pat into 3 balls, let stand for 5 minutes.

   Roll into 3 single crusts and bake at 450u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
