Add the bruised lavender and the mint leaves to the sugar syrup, reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. Strain the syrup, discarding the lavender and mint, and pour into a plastic squeeze bottle.
