Place sirloin cubes into a zip-close plastic bag. Add lime juice, orange juice, tequila (if using), garlic, chili powder and 1/4 cup cilantro. Close the bag and turn it a few times to make sure marinade is mixed and coats meat. Leave at least 3 hours or overnight.

2. Heat grill to high. Take meat out of marinade, and discard marinade. Skewer meat with onions and peppers. Top the pointed end of each skewer with one cherry tomato. Grill skewers to desired degree of doneness. Serve each skewer with a tortilla, some cheese, 1 tablespoon yogurt and 1/4 of the sliced avocado.
