Lau-Lau In Crockpot

   Mix Hawaiian salt and liquid smoke into pork

   Wash luau leaves removing stems and fibrous parts of the veins.

   Layer 5 luau leaves then place 3 pieces of cube porks on each

   wrapped seasoned pork individually into laulau leaves and foil them

5. 5

   Dump little bit of 2 tbsp water in the crockpot before start cooking

   place 2 ti leaf at the bottom facing down the crockpot then place all wrapped lau-lau

   Place remaining ti leaves over top tucking them on the edges.

   Cover crock pot tightly with foil and crockpot cover.

   Cook on low for 8 hrs. or until luau leaves are fully cooked and pork is tender.
