Size) Lasagna Noodles, Cooked And Drained

1/2 pounds Ground Italian Sausage
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 can (28 Oz. Size) Whole Tomatoes
1 can (12 Oz. Size) Tomato Paste
1- 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Minced
1- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoons Ground Pepper
2 cups Cottage Cheese
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, Divided
16 ounces, weight Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 box (about 12 To 16 Oz. Size) Lasagna Noodles, Cooked And Drained

Brown ground turkey and sausage in a large pan over medium heat.

Drain any excess fat and add the garlic to the pan.

Add tomatoes and tomato paste.

Slightly break apart the tomatoes as you stir.

Stir in basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

In a bowl, stir together cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and grated mozzarella cheese.

In an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan, alternate layers of sauce, noodles, and cheese, starting with a little sauce on the bottom.

End with a layer of sauce and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
