Heat oil in a saucepan. Saute the onions, bell pepper, and garlic for 7 minutes. Add the pork chop and broken up sausage. Once meat is browned mix in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Add whole tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Brown the ground beef in a separate skillet. Mix in tomato sauce and drained ground beef. Mix in tomato paste to the desired consistency. Simmer sauce on low for 3 1/2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. Cook the lasagna noodles until barely soft. Drain. Put a layer of sauce at the bottom of a lasagna pan. Place a layer of noodles. Spread one third of the ricotta mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with one third of the mozzarella cheese and one fourth of the parmesan cheese. Spoon sauce over the cheeses. Repeat with two more noodle, cheese, sauce layers. Finish with a layer of noodles. Spoon the remainder of the sauce over the noodles. Sprinkle with the remainder of the parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes. Remove foil and return to oven until the sauce dries and the noodles get crispy.
