Kool-Aid Play Dough

   In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and cream of tartar.

   In a medium pan, bring water, oil and Kool-Aid to a boil.

   Remove from heat and immediately add dry ingredients.

   Stir until combined.

   Mixture will be lumpy.

   Remove mixture from pan and set on counter to cool a bit.

   Once cool enough to handle, knead dough until smooth.

   Store cool play dough in zip lock bags or airtight container.

   Makes enough to snugly fill an 8-ounce Cool Whip container.
