Knead and work with pastry blender the flour, baking powder, sugar and butter.

Add eggs; blend.

Dough is sticky, so cool in refrigerator.

Roll dough out very thin over confectioners sugar (also can coat rolling pin with pastry sleeve in confectioners sugar; never use flour).

Cut out dough into triangles.

Spread a little of the filling over the triangles and roll them up.

The filling must be thick, or it will run.

Put rolls on ungreased cookie sheet (Teflon).

Bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, or until light tan on bottom.

Powder sugar them when cool or right before eating.
