2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
2-1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup strawberry preserves

Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Blend in egg yolks, vanilla and peel; set aside.

Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.

Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Place dough on lightly floured surface; roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
