1. Peel and dice 3 or 4 kiwi fruits, depending on their size.

2. Add lemonade, diced kiwi, and sugar (if you want it; this can easily be omitted depending on the sweetness of your lemonade!) to a blender or food processor. Pulse together until well-combined, but do not over-blend. If the kiwi seeds get crushed, the popsicles will come out bitter.

3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 3 hours before eating.

Note: The popsicle molds I use hold about 1/3 cup each, and this recipe just fills all six of them for a total of about 2 cups of blended fruit. Also, be careful not to overfill your molds; the mixture will expand when frozen and you don't want it to overflow! Leave about a quarter-inch of space to allow for this.
