Combine chocolate bars and butter ina bowl, mix well. Press evenly over prepared pan, cover and refridgerate for 1 hour.

Beat cream cheese and sugar ina bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, fold in sour cream and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the base.

Place chocolate melts and coffee and water in a small heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, stir until chocolate has melted.

Drizzle chocolate mixture over cream cheese layer. Using a skewer lightly swirl mixes together.
