6 ounces pate kipper
2 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 ounces cucumbers grated
4 tablespoons fromage frais
1 tablespoon cream
2 teaspoons mint leaves chopped, fresh
1 clove garlic crushed
1 slices lemon for garnish
1 x cucumbers sliced, for garnish

Roll out the pastry to form a 10 inch square.

Cut in half then cut each piece lengthways to give 12 slices.

Brush with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 200 cup (400 F ) mark 6 for about 10 min, or until risen and golden.

Meanwhile mix together the pate, cream and lemon juice.

Cool pastry on a wire raek, trim and sandwich in pairs with pate.
