King Trumpet & Shimeji Mushrooms Simmered in Sweet Soy Sauce

   Cut the king trumpet mushrooms into 5 mm thick pieces.

   Tear the shimeji mushrooms into small bunches.

   Place the mushrooms in the pressure cooker.

   Add the flavoring ingredients and mix.

   Cover Step 2 with a lid and turn on the heat.

   Once the pressure has lifted, lower the heat to low and pressurize.

   Once pressurized, stop the heat.

    When the pressure has been released, open the lid.
