Kids' Favorite, Braised Chinese Cabbage in Cream Sauce

   Cut the Chinese cabbage into 8 pieces, separate the stem part and leaf part.

   Cut the hard stem into 4 pieces.

   Cut the ham into thin strips.

   Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat, and add the sesame oil.

   Add the stems and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

   Add the leaves and ham, and continue stir-frying for another 1 minute.

   Add the milk and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

   Turn down the heat to low, add the consomme cube, and adjust the flavour with salt.

   Stir in the mixture.

    When the sauce is thickened, it's ready to be served.
