Kickin Egg Nog

   Separate the yolks and eggs whites.

   Put the whites in another bowl and set aside.

   With a electric mixer, beat egg yolks until they are a lemon color.

   Add sugar & salt, & beat until smooth.

   Slowly add the whiskey, cream or half & half, nutmeg & milk.

   In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until they form a soft peek.

7. 7

   Fold the egg whites into the 1st half of the mixer you prepared.

   Chill & serve.
