Ingredients: 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1 teaspoon sesame oil; 1 ½ cups onions, diced; 4 garlic cloves, minced; 1 ½ tablespoons sesame seeds; 3 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos or 3 tablespoons soy sauce; 1 ½ teaspoons Chinese five spice powder; 1 teaspoon mustard powder; 1 teaspoon ginger; 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning; 1 pinch red pepper flakes; 3 ½ cups cabbage, finely chopped; 1 carrot, thinly sliced; 1 ½ cups broccoli florets (optional); ¼ cup peanuts or ¼ cup cashews, coarsely chopped; 2 green onions, thinly sliced; ½ cup cooked brown rice (optional)

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 ½ cups onions, diced

1 ½ teaspoons Chinese five spice powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning
1 pinch red pepper flakes
3 ½ cups cabbage, finely chopped
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 ½ cups broccoli florets (optional)
¼ cup peanuts or ¼ cup cashews, coarsely chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup cooked brown rice (optional)

Heat oil on medium in a large frying pan and saute the onions, garlic and sesame seeds for 5-7 minutes.

Add the Bragg's/soy sauce and spices.

Stir well and cook for a minute.

The red pepper flakes are hot so just use a tiny bit or if you don't have them add a little hot sauce.

Add the cabbage and carrot, stir and cover.

Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
