2 lbs lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 (15 ounce) cans green enchilada sauce
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 (4 ounce) canscans diced green chilies
1 bunch green onion, chopped
8 ounces longhorn cheddar cheese (can use more, I do!)
1 (15 ounce) package plain Doritos

Brown meat with chopped onion and minced garlic; drain.
