3 bell peppers
3 onions
3 blocks butter
3 stalks celery
4 cloves garlic

1/4 cup flour
1 pt. half and half
1 lb. Kraft jalapeno cheese
1 lb. noodles
Grated American and parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

Melt butter, saute chopped onions, bell pepper and celery. Add garlic, parsley and crawfish.

Cook 10 minutes.
