This must be made the same day as the party.

Cut avocados in half and remove the pits. Use a spoon to remove the avocado from its skin and place in a large mixing bowl. Throw away the skins and all the pits, except one pit (set aside). Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados into a rough guacamole consistency.
-
3
Then cut the 2 limes in half and squeeze the juice into the avocado mixture. Smash the mixture some more.
-
4
Then add the red onion, tomato, hot chili peppers, and jalapeno. Smash some more until mixed into the avocados.
-
5
Then add the hot chili pepper juice (you can add extra juice for smoother consistency).
-
6
Add cilantro and smash until throughly mixed in
-
7
Then add Sea salt & Celery salt to taste. If you need a measurement its approximately - 1 tbsp. Sea Salt & 1/2 tsp. celery salt... maybe a little more on the Sea Salt, again it's to taste. You can also substitute regular table salt, but be careful because its much saltier that sea salt or celery salt.

8
Once smashed to the desired consistency, put the Guacamole into the party bowl or leave it in the mixing bowl.
-
9
Add the saved Avocado Pit (do not eat the pit) to the top of the Guacamole. This keeps the avocado from turning brown quickly. ** The lime juice in the guacamole also helps to keep it from turning brown. Both together work brilliantly to keep it green and fresh.
