Kase Kneple(Mock Cheese Buttons)

   Cook noodles per package directions; drain.

   Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, half and half, salt and pepper and part of the onions.

   Alternate this mixture with noodles in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

   Sprinkle croutons on top.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.

   Just before it is finished baking, add the remaining green onions.
