Open can of diced tomatoes and refried beans heat beans for about 30-60 seconds in microwave

You can either chop jalapenos and put in beans or add later on the tortilla.

For each tortilla: Spread refried beans on one side of tortilla, then add diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and jalapenos.

Around 3-5 jalapenos for us per tortilla

Fold topped part over and fold left and right corners in.

Fold over after that so you have a burrito shapped tortilla

Place on microwavable plate and sprinkle shredded cheese over top for more taste and microwave for another 30-60 seconds until cheese is fully melted

Take out and be careful, it will be hot.
