Kale Ricotta Tart

   on lightly floured work surgace, roll out 1 sheet frozen, thawed puff pastry

   place on parchment lined baking sheet

   prick all over

   Place another sheet of parchment on pastry, then put another baking sheet on top to weigh down pastry. Bake at 400 Degrees for 15-20 minutes

   Meanwhile combine kale roughly chopped , olive oil, lemon juice, pecorino and walnuts in food processor and puree

   Let baked crust cool slightly

   spread crust with ricotta cheese and top with kale pesto

   cut into squares and serve
