Beat heavy cream in large bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Beat mascarpone, 1/4 cup Kahlua and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in 1/2 the whipped cream.

Dip 1/3 ladyfingers into coffee mixture and arrange in bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 of the amaretti cookies. Spread with 1/3 of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers 2 more times using remaining ingredients. Top with remaining whipped cream.

Refrigerate tiramisu for at least 3 hours. Serve sprinkled with remaining amaretti cookies and grated chocolate.
