Ingredients: 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin; 1 tsp chili powder; 3/4 tsp kosher salt; 1/4 tsp chipotle chile powder; 6 bone in thighs (about 2lbs.) skinned; 3/4 cup pineapple juice; 2/3 cup tequila; 1/4 cup honey; 2 tsp cornstarch; 2 tsp water; 2 tsp fresh grated lime rind; 1/4 tbsp crushed red pepper

1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp chipotle chile powder
6 bone in thighs (about 2lbs.) skinned
3/4 cup pineapple juice
2/3 cup tequila
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
2 tsp fresh grated lime rind
1/4 tbsp crushed red pepper

perheat grill

combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.& rub all over chicken

bring pineapple juice , tequila,& honey bring to a boil in small sauce pan reduce heat after 6 mins add cornstsrch & water & all other ingredients .

take off heat pour over raw chicken coat well then grill .

any leftover juice can be applied on the grill .

grill until done ..*** I added a little more tequila then called for when I made it ..

I used 1 cup.. half in mixture & half on grill .
