Juniper Tea Syrup

   In a heatproof bowl, combine the hot Simple Syrup with the tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.

   Discard the tea bags and add the juniper berries.

   Let cool, then strain into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
