Juicee j's Reeses Puff Cupcakes

   Preheat oven to 350 F and line cupcake pans with cupcake liners (24 cupcakes)

   In a small bowl, sift cake mix & set aside.

   In a large bowl, gently whisk eggs, oil, buttermilk, sour cream, & vanilla extract

   Add cake mix & cinnamon to wet ingredients and stir

   Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full, & bake for 15 ta 20 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.

   For ganache, melt chocolate & peanutbutter together until smooth.

   Use double boiler or microwave (keep a close eye on it!)

   Dip the tops of the cooled cupcakes into the ganache & let set at least 10 minutes.

   For buttercream: beat butter & peanutbutter add powdered sugar a little at a time until desired consistency.

    Add vanilla.

    If it's too thick, add a tablespoon milk.

    Pipe buttercream onto ganache covered cupcakes & roll in reeses puffs cereal (I crush the cereal first)
