Joey'S Broiled Beef Rolls

   Make sure to soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent the wood from burning too much. Take bowl of breadcrumbs and add olive oil, mixing it until the breadcrumbs are damp(moist) from the oil. Do not over oil, if that happens just add more breadcrumbs.

   Take first sandwich steak and lay on cutting board. Using a butter knife take some butter and spread it over the steak, then add the breadcrumbs, a thin layer covering the whole steak. Then begin to roll, try and roll it tightly. Once rolled place it on the skewers. One at each end so the middle is bare. I use 2, so it holds tightly. I usually put 6 rolled steaks on each skewer. Continue to do the same with each one.

   Once complete place in broiler and once the top is cooked flip and cook the other side. They cook pretty fast, approx 5-10 minutes on each side.
