Jiggly Strawberry Jello

   I used the leftover strawberry syrup from making strawberry jam.

   Soak gelatin in water for 10-20 minutes.

   Dissolve fully in a double boiler.

   Combine strawberry syrup and the same amount of lemon juice.

   Add the dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly.

   Pour the jelly mixture into a glass or a cup.

   Remove bubbles on the surface.

   If you have any strawberries, press them into the jelly.

   Chill in the fridge.

    I made mine in a Picardie glass No need to use a mold.
