3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 lb. butter
margarine
3/4 cup flour
1 pint half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 bunches broccoli tops
2-1/2 qt. boiling water
1 lg. onion, minced
12 oz. Cheeze Whiz
6 carrots, thinly sliced
8 chicken bullion cubes

Saute onions and carrots in butter or margarine in a fry pan until tender.

Add flour to make a roux.

Add the bullion cubes to the boiling water.

Use a wire wisk stirring until smooth.
