   Cream butter and sugar.

   Add egg yolk.

   Mix well.

   Then add flour and cinnamon.

   Knead if necessary.

   Pat down on a greased cookie sheet.

   Flatten with fingers.

   Brush with the egg white mixed with a little water.

   Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

    Bake at 300u00b0 for 30 minutes.

    Cut into squares while warm.
