Ingredients: 3 Boiled eggs; 5 large onion, chopped; 3 large tomatoes, chopped; 1/2 tsp ginger paste; 3 large green chillies; 1/2 tsp mustard seed; 2 red chillies; 1/2 tsp turmeric powder; 1/2 tsp pepper powder; 1/2 tsp chilly powder; 1 tsp salt (or as per ur taste); 2 tbsp cooking oil; 1 few curry leaves

Servings: persons

3 Boiled eggs
5 large onion, chopped
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger paste
3 large green chillies
1/2 tsp mustard seed
2 red chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp salt (or as per ur taste)
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 few curry leaves

Add onion, tomotoes, ginger paste and green chillies (slit) in a pressure cooker.

Mix them and heat until one whistle on cooker.

In a pan heat oil and break mustard, red chillies and curry leaves

Add the mix from step 1 to this and then add turmeric powder, pepper, chilly powder and salt and saute them well(until golden brown)

To this, add the boiled eggs and mix them well.

This can be served with any kind of breads

~~Note~~ If you do not have a pressure cooker, just add ingredients mentioned in step 1 to the one mentioned in step2.
