   In a large mixing bowl, place chopped nuts, chocolate chips, chocolate bar pieces, marshmallow cream and vanilla.

   In a saucepan, place sugar and milk and bring to a boil.

   Boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

   Pour hot mixture over contents in bowl.

   Stir until melted, then pour into buttered pans.

   When set, cut into squares.
