Italian Wedding Soup

   The best part of this recipe is that you can make as much or as little as you want! No conforming quantities to worry about!

   Place frozen meatballs and green onions in a kettle. Pour beef broth in, adding enough so all the meatballs are covered. Bring to a boil. Let boil until all meatballs are heated through.

   Chop up spinach and add to the pot. Let the soup simmer until the spinach has just begun to wilt. Then take off heat and soup is ready!

   Ladle into bowls and top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
