Italian Sheppards Pie,

   in skillet brown meat and set aside,

   add olive oil to skillet and sautee onion,garlic, bell pepper, oregano,basil,tomato,

   and to meat for 20 min.

   set on low and prepare mashed potato.

   lighty oil or spray baking dish.

   add meat mixture compleatly covering bottom of baking dish.almost to the top.

   cover with mashed potato.

   bake at 350 until potato turns to a golden brown.
