34 lb ground turkey
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
⅓ cup tomato paste
¾ teaspoon italian seasoning

½ teaspoon fennel seed

1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350.

Brown turkey and onions over medium heat, adding mushrooms about halfway through cooking.
